• Subscriptions end at 12 months. There is no renewal at the end of 12 months, so there is no need to cancel. If you cancel you will not receive all of your letters to complete the story.
• Address changes must be submitted to our team by email hello@themaxletters.com so that we can ensure the change is reflected across all relevant platforms.
